How do I create an account?

Download MusicOS from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap "Create Account." Enter your display name, email address, and a password to get started.

How do I upload music or videos?

After signing in, tap the "Create" tab at the bottom of the screen. Choose Audio, Video, or Artwork, enter a title, select a genre, and tap "Create Draft" to begin your project.

How does the Marketplace work?

The Marketplace connects you with professional music service providers for mixing, mastering, production, and more. Browse services, view ratings and pricing, and book directly through the app.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Subscription." You can view your current plan, upgrade, or manage your subscription. For iOS, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. For Android, through Google Play.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email us at support@musicos.live with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Contact us at support@musicos.live for password reset assistance. We'll verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
